Or at least 02-9XXX-9999 if you want to get technical. It took around 10 hours, but I listened to every one using ToneLoc and the high-impedance function on my Harris TS-22 test set. 9999 and 99XX is always the first place to look for test numbers. The sad thing is there wasn't as much to find as I hoped. It did yield some curiosities. I'm confident nobody has ever done this before. I've categorized the numbers into three different parts. Test numbers, recordings, and bulk notes. I did not keep notes for every number, simply because it would have been far too boring and taken too much time. So I only listened for the good stuff. You can see in the bulk of the notes I did keep, I thought about keeping extensive notes initially but changed my mind quickly. There were a lot of businesses and people answering. A few more voicemail systems. Nothing of real interest you couldn't find in a phone book though. I also have not bothered to list repeat instances of similar test numbers at the top or carrier modems because I want to make it clear that I was not looking for carriers. You can generally see what's there in the bulk notes, although they have not been completely confirmed. Since I dialed these from the US on ToneLoc, I've kept them in the American dial-string (011 is the international access code, and 61 is the country code.)
